Jennifer Wornom, PT, has been a physical therapist at Tidewater Orthopaedics since 2010. Originally from New Jersey, she brings years of experience and a patient‑focused approach to rehabilitation and physical therapy care.
Jennifer earned her physical therapy degree from the University of Connecticut. She is dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, regain strength, and return to their daily activities through individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
Jennifer lives in Yorktown with her husband and their three boys. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and spending quality time with her family.
