Founded in 2010, the Careplex Orthopaedic Ambulatory Surgery Center (COASC) is an outpatient surgery center specializing in a variety of ambulatory surgical procedures as well as joint replacement & revision procedures. The mission of the of COASC is to provide the best outpatient surgical experience for patients. Combining state-of-the-art robotics, surgical sub-specialization, orthopaedic-specific team members, and a commitment to superior outcomes, the COASC provides patients with unparalleled orthopaedic care in an outpatient setting.

Traditional inpatient procedures are usually accompanied with an unfamiliar hospital bed, interrupted sleep, and the awkwardness or discomfort associated with being in an unknown surrounding. But with COASC’s outpatient procedures, patients can begin their recovery process in the comfort of their very own home on the same day as the procedure! 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE 

The COASC is proud to offer financial assistance to those who qualify. If you are uninsured or unable to pay your bill, financial assistance is available to any uninsured patient whose income falls at or below 250% of the federal poverty line (as published annually by the U.S. Dept. Patients eligible under our financial assistance policy will NOT be charged more than amounts generally billed to individuals who have insurance covering such care.

In addition to this, our Doctors specialize in at most 1 or 2 body parts, allowing them to have a more complex understanding and reduce complications for the patients. All our supporting staff also have a minimum of 2 years specialty training in orthopedics!
