As a Patient Service Coordinator, Rose Revere tirelessly assists patients in navigating insurance approvals and resolving billing inquiries. Today, we celebrate the incredible impact Rose makes as she continues to be a guiding light for both our team and the patients we serve.
"My favorite part of the job is when I can ease a patient's discomfort when insurance is involved. I focus on the best outcomes for our patients so they can focus on getting better," said Rose.
Rose began her career after successfully raising her children. She said, "My last child was in high school, so I wanted to focus on my career. I went to medical assistance school because I enjoy helping people."
Rose has been at Tidewater Orthopaedics for over 27 years. Helping people is the focus of Rose's career. She is known throughout Tidewater Orthopaedics for her determination to help patients. Supervisors and coworkers agree that Rose embodies the patient care that Tidewater Orthopaedics tries to bring to every patient.
"Rose is committed to not only the patients but the company as a whole," said Patient Service Coordinator Lead Shannon Barringer. "When our patients are dealing with frustration, it's often Rose who comes up with a solution."
Rose's coworker, another Patient Service Coordinator, Kayleen Shaw, agrees and believes the practice is better with Rose. "Rose trained me when I first got here and has been a mentor and friend. She is very funny and positive, just a great coworker."
When she's not busy at work, Rose spends time with her family camping in campgrounds throughout Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina.
"Rose's focus and dedicated years of service to this practice shows in her everyday excellence. We can always count on her to find excellent ways to provide patient care," said Clinical Director Lisa Zysk.
Rose is a valuable team member at Tidewater Orthopaedics, bringing unwavering dedication to our patients' well-being. We’re excited to continue to work together.
