Job description
The Marketing Associate performs under the supervision of the Operations Director in all relevant initiatives, campaigns, projects and daily tasks on a recurring and as-assigned basis. The Associate may routinely update social media and web-based materials, maintain website content, compile fliers, posters and other paper content, distribute materials, update and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other data; maintain internal marketing content such as forms and letterhead. They may routinely create, edit, compile and post unique marketing content in the form of graphics, digital flyers or posters, videos, and posts. Other duties include but are not limited to general office organizing, scanning, filing, sorting, site visits and material distribution, inventory and the physical labor associated with handling marketing materials.
Web Based Tasks
- Monitor social media profiles for messages and other alerts
- Update social media content with the oversight of the Director
- Maintain company website content; upload updated materials, forms, fliers and patient resources.
- Sort emails, messages and other communications.
- Maintain marketing target directories –names, phone numbers, emails, etc.
- Compile various web communications with the oversight of the Director.
- Create, compile, edit, post and otherwise apply graphic designs, photo editing, videography and video editing as needed for marketing content.
- Monitor data-based dashboard such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business and other dashboard for performance KPIs and fluctuations as needed.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain marketing target directories –names, phone numbers, emails, etc.
- Prepare, format and edit various documents.
- Scan, sort and organize various documents.
- Inventory marketing items and materials.
- Update and maintain various spreadsheets, reports and other data.
- Skim questionnaires, surveys and other forms of patient feedback.
- Compile and register post-event data collections –registration forms, appointment requests and other.
- Prepare event materials, site materials and internal marketing materials as needed.
Site Visits and Travel
- Accompany the Director to events; help set up and break down.
- Accompany the Director to site visits; help distribute materials and promotion items.
- Help direct patients to booths and other event points.
- Replenish materials; maintain orderly event sites.
- Travel with the Director as needed.
- Assist with filming and photography of events as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
