• Anesthesiology
• Pathology
• Radiology
• Surgery center or facility fees
• Other physicians or specialists involved in your treatment

These providers may bill separately and may or may not participate in the same insurance plans as Tidewater Orthopaedics. We encourage you to contact those providers directly to confirm network participation and obtain additional cost information.

Your actual charges and out-of-pocket costs may differ from the estimate provided. This can happen for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:

• Medical complications
• Additional tests or procedures
• Hardware or implants used during treatment
• Changes to your insurance coverage or benefits
• Other unforeseen circumstances related to your care
