Adam Weisenborn, OTR/L CHT

Adam Weisenborn, OTR/L CHT is an Occupational Therapist at Tidewater Orthopaedics who brings a strong background in patient care and movement‑focused rehabilitation. A Virginia native, he grew up just outside of Charlottesville and values serving patients within his home state.

Adam earned his degree in Occupational Therapy from James Madison University, where he developed a solid foundation in evidence‑based therapy and functional recovery. He is dedicated to helping patients improve strength, coordination, and independence through individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys staying active through recreational sports, including soccer and snowboarding, and brings that appreciation for movement and activity into his therapeutic approach.
