Christina Vickers, P.A.-C

Christina A. Vickers, PA‑C (Tina), is a Physician Assistant at Tidewater Orthopaedics, where she is dedicated to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in May 2024.

Tina has a strong academic and clinical background in sports medicine and human performance. She earned a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Sports Performance from California University of Pennsylvania and completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Longwood University. In addition, she is a Certified Athletic Trainer and has worked with Hampton University, Hampton City Schools, and Norfolk Public Schools, gaining hands‑on experience caring for athletes across multiple levels.

Her philosophy of care centers on evidence‑based medicine, patient education, and collaboration. Tina strives to serve as a provider, educator, advocate, and trusted resource for her patients and the greater community, helping individuals stay active and engaged in their care.

Outside of work, Tina is one of seven siblings and enjoys spending quality time with her family. In her free time, she also likes relaxing at the beach with friends.
